Stone Gryphon Tactical’s Success – A Prime Example of Centify’s Project Management Leadership

Centify has always had a goal of partnering with veteran-owned businesses. We use our project management leadership to assist veteran owners by providing resources and guidance. We have also been known to be a sounding board. This has led us to help multiple businesses over the years successfully. One of those businesses was Stone Gryphon Tactical.
Stone Gryphon Tactical is owned by a military veteran, Brian, who is also currently serving as a police officer. He approached Centify, because he needed assistance with all aspects of what would have been his future business at the time. He knew what his first product would be, but was unsure how to share it with his ideal audience or run a successful business.
Centify followed Brian’s lead with how quickly his business grew. We were there when he was ready to talk budgeting and pricing strategies, branding, marketing, sales channels, and customer communication.
We even created two successful crowdfunding campaigns. The funding from these two campaigns were used for the initial production of Stone Gryphon Tactical’s CTAX Rescue Multi-Tool and the development of an e-commerce store. We are currently launching another crowdfunding campaign for Stone Gryphon Tactical on Fund the First.
We didn’t stop helping Brian after that though. Once his product launched, we continued to guide him and offer resources he needed. Over time, we established a CRM and developed a project management system for his business, grew his Social Media presence, and more.
After that, Stone Gryphon Tactical chose to partner with GovX, which is a large Military and Government exclusive e-commerce website. Brian wanted to get his product into the hands of people who needed it the most while providing them a discount for serving their communities.
Centify helped guide Brian through that partnering process including the communications and administration of the backend systems. We also helped Brian set up an individual seller account on Amazon, so more people would have access to his products.
Our project management leadership has helped Stone Gryphon Tactical become the well-known business it is today. And yet we are not done. We will continue to work with Stone Gryphon Tactical in the future. Our plan is to assist with marketing and sales campaigns, yearly budgets, marketing, trade show coordination and management, investor pitches, and all types of digital and other services needed to grow and scale a veteran-owned business.
