Charlene has been a Virtual Assistant going on 2 years. She joined Centify in November 2021 as the Office Manager, where she works alongside the Project Manager and Executive Assistant. Her role supports all things relating to customer service, administration, scheduling, and content creation. Charlene has over 15 years of experience in retail sales and management. Charlene also runs her own photography business and is well versed in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and video editing.

In 2012 she completed her Bachelors’s Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in visual communication. During this time, she became well experienced in Web Development writing in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using Adobe Dreamweaver. She is currently working on her Network+ certification through the University of Clemson.

Charlene was born and raised in Altus, Oklahoma, a small rural town with an Air Force base where her dad was stationed at. She grew up on a ranch spanning 90 acres, and truly learned the meaning of hard work. She eventually met her husband there while he was in training and later moved to Washington state where he was to be stationed. She has been a military spouse for 15 years. They have two boys and a lovable labradoodle. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends playing board games, and practicing on her ukulele.

Charlene Ybarra
